Main ingredients:
- Retinol: Vitamin A. Super, multifunctional ingredient. Cell communicator, regulates epithelial cell division and sebum production, therefore excellent for acne-prone skin with blackheads. It also slows down skin aging and has a spot-lightening effect, whether it's pigment spots or acne blemishes.
- Hyaluronic Acid: This natural moisturizing factor (NMF), also found in the skin, helps to keep the skin hydrated and firm.
- Vitamin E: a super antioxidant that works great with vitamin C.
How to use:
Apply serum after cleansing the face, neck, and décolletage area then gently massage in. If you have drier skin, a thinker moisturizer is recommended afterward.
If you have never used a retinol serum before, use every 2-3 days for 1-2 weeks to start with, then up to daily. For most people, this strength is well tolerated by the skin even with daily use. If you have very sensitive skin, use it every other day.
Always use sunscreen as the last step in your skincare routine in the morning.
It is not recommended to use it at the same time with prescription creams and tablets, if you are undergoing dermatological treatment, consult your dermatologist. If you are on Roaccutane, Medinac, or Inerta (Isotretinoin) treatment, or Differin/Effezel (adapalene), all retinol preparations are strictly prohibited.
Experienced skincare professionals may use it in combination with a gentle AHA acid exfoliator to boost the effect, but you must monitor your skin's reaction.
